1 – 18 oz. package Omaha Steaks Pub-Style Cod
1 – 1.5 lb. package Omaha Steaks Gourmet Steakhouse Fries
Tartar sauce

Tartar Sauce Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise 
3 tablespoons dill pickle relish
1 tablespoon capers, finely chopped 
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 small shallot, minced 
Juice & zest of half a lemon 
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Fish & Chips Directions:
1. Cook Pub-Style Cod and Steakhouse Fries according to package directions.

Tartar Sauce Directions:
2. In a small mixing bowl, stir together tartar sauce ingredients until well combined.
