Great cook guys! This grill reminds me of my Weber Kettle with the propane lighter.
Looks super yummy. Having a successful charcoal (experiencing the kiss of the dragon) cook sets a different standard of flavor griddling doesn't normally occur.
Q: was pellets required to light the charcoal? Or was it just the SUPER HOT hot-rod & blower doing all the work (minus pellets) ?
Also, the Angus Beef Council says a ribeye with 12-16" handle is a Tomahawk. Less than 12" it's a Cowboy steak. I'm not sure the minimum to qualify for Cowboy steak, but, while there are slim pickins in ribeyes mis-labeling a ribeye as Tomahawk or Cowboy is an easy way to make extra $$$ at the cash register.

Does Pit Boss have any plans to do a gravity feed charcoal grill/smoker? Ideally an 800 sq/in with an 150⁰-700⁰ temp range. Maybe have a griddle, rotisserie and pizza oven for accessories.

Do you put fresh pellets to start it up or are you starting it up with pellets left over from the last pellet cook?
So. What exactly does this grill do? I'm not trying to be rude. Why not just use a chimney on a weber kettle?
Are there bottom vents .so the coal get more aur flow?
