French Onion Meatloaf (Lipton Onion Soup Meatloaf)

Have you ever been in the mood for something different? It’s in the middle of grilling season, but sometimes I want a home-cooked, down home comfort meal. French Onion Meatloaf uses a blend of spices with caramelized onions and a savory onion gravy. The ultimate comfort food meal!

FRENCH ONION MEATLOAF INGREDIENTS:
French Onion Meatloaf:
o 2 pounds ground beef , or a combination of beef and pork
o ½ cup plain bread crumbs
o 2 eggs , lightly beaten
o ½ cup ketchup
o 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
o 2 tablespoons dried parsley
o 1 onion soup packet*
o ¾ cup caramelized onions
Onion Gravy:
o 2 cups beef stock
o 1/4 cup caramelized onions
o ¼ cup whole milk
o 1 teaspoon garlic powder
o 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
o ¼ cup water
o 2 tablespoons cornstarch
o salt and pepper to taste
