The Linq and Spiegelworld have joined forces to bring you Disco Show, a new interactive experience in the center of the strip. An attached restaurant in Diner Ross is also a part of the package and I’m dining there for the first time in this video. I’m being joined by the one and only @NormaGeli ! She’s been here before and we’re going to be trying out a lot of dishes because

Every restaurant is a buffet if you’re willing to pay

Thanks for watching!!

  1. Love the video's Shin. May I recommend Snooze A. M. eatery on 1075 S Rampart? Very good breakfast/brunch menu.

  2. Love how you describe what may be a bad dish and always find something positive about it regardless of how bad it may be!

  3. And yet another great video everything looked wonderful from the appetizers to the dessert yum and you had Nora to join you Merry Christmas and a Happy New year ❤

  4. How do you make money doing these videos.
According to YouTube you have to get about 1 million views to make $500.
This meal alone was $560 with a tip.
This is a different Vegas than when I lived there in the '90s.

Back then they had all you can eat prime rib buffets for $6.95.

  5. Everything looked great except anything with onions. Place has a classic diner feel. Will check this place out

  6. Nice find, this spot looks cool and interesting, food looks very tasty. Thank you for sharing your dining experience with Norna in this collaboration video.

  7. Would love to see you do a collab with ua eats or rockstar eater. Thanks for another interesting video, shin

  8. Hi Shin! Another great video. The popovers looked amazing. Hope you and your family have a wonderful holiday. See you Tuesday. 😀

  9. I'm going to Echo what a lot of people are saying in the comments. You are such an awesome food reviewer and Norma just brings your videos down in my honest opinion. She doesn't add anything you don't already do in your food review videos. She gets very redundant

  10. These people waste alot of food, this is a sin for a reason it's called gluttony. They'll repay in next life for this if there saved by blood of Jesus. Striving to be first now in life, means last in Heaven forever. Were here to spread the word an lead People out of the fires of hell an to Christ with our time. Some are living there best life now, an they will not have this in next life, it's temporary. I would venture to say these people have never lead anyone to Jesus with the time an influence they have, Jesus will remember us all forever for who we were an what we did with his time. They will wish they did more for Christ when they see him but it's to late.

  11. SHIN- Knowing the owner would get a lot more visitors it would have been NICE if they would have let you have a good discount!!

  12. Great collaboration with Norma & shin I always get hungry from the way you describe the food in your videos

  13. OMG..going to Disco Show in February and cannot wait to try Diner Ross. Great review, Shin! I want the chicken and steak frites!

  14. As always, great video. Really like your editing.
Those where some tasty looking dishes.
Growing up potato croquettes where a side dish to dishes with a dark brown gravy. Most often, beef and venison. They had no topping. And you smashed them in the gravy. So good. They are hard to find in the US.
I like your idea of putting the ham and cheese between some bread. I bet some toasted Sourdough be great with it.
    Wishing you a Merry Christmas.

  15. Love that you have Norma as a special guest! I feel that a bowl of gravy should be a mandatory condiment with any meal!!

  16. All of food looks so good. The steak looked really good. The popover looked really good as well. I never thought of dipping a burger into gravy would be a thing but I guess if I go there, I'll probably have to do that now.

  17. The popovers look like ‘Yorkshire puddings’ which we have in the UK. Basically it’s a batter mix, oven cooked in a little hot oil. We normally eat them as part of a Sunday Roast dinner, which is typically sliced beef, roast or mashed potatoes, stuffing, Yorkshire puddings, gravy and served with vegetables (broccoli, carrots, peas, etc). I find if the Yorkshire puddings are lighter and crunchy on the outside then they taste better. Thanks for your vids they are enjoyable to watch.

  18. Your reviews are always fantastic, but watching you with someone who isnt quite your level of foodie shows how much you are the GOAT at this kind of thing. Dr. Shin giving a masterclass at Diner Ross. Thank you for another amazing video!

  19. Yum looks delicious. Question Shin, do you also cook a ton to further develop your food terminologies? You would be fantastic doiing reviews of 3 Michlian star restaurants.

  20. Hi Shin, I think you're amazing and I thoroughly enjoy watching your videos, but I think Norma doesn't contribute anything to your videos. I definitely prefer you solo. ❤
