    For 1.7 million those bedrooms were too small and the bathrooms were sorely lacking. While the spiral staircase was beautiful, it took up too much space. When they add furniture, it will be cramped. My father lives close to that and has double the space for less money. Most of your showings are breath taking.. I must thank you for the good news of Christ, because he paid the ransom for us all.

    Nav you don't need to keep telling your long term subscribers how to buy a home and how to start a new builder. Refer them to a special video that you have made. It doesn't serve to keep talking about items they have heard over and over before. Please understand that folks are tuning in to see the nice homes you are showing them. I'm a retired Texas Realtor.     Honestly, this house is lacking much for that price point small and plain, as mentioned. No craftsmanship; 2 car garage and no elevator with all those stairs, the fire place is univiting with no mantel but a ledge, the 3rd bathroom has plain tiling, the backyard is a no go; to small, and the main bathroom is sad; there are no warm colors at 1.7 million!? You have shown much better houses for less. This house is well overpriced and on the not so impressive side. Lets be honest the builders are really being greedy in regards to the asking price; due to "scarce land".
