While being in Paris (France) for the gathering of the 70th anniversary of the Disciples Escoffier Association, we had the privilege to attend a special a culinary cruise immersion, with the rich tapestry sighting of the most famous French capital monuments, scents and flavors. Reconnecting with old friend, was the highlight of the event, laughter and emotion definitely kick in, while enjoying a sumptuous Parisian meal.
