Hey im an Autism Auntie..Have you ever looked into getting Kinsley a in home therapist? When my niece was diagnosed at 1 she had to go get evaluated a few times and they put her with 2 different in home therapists (my niece has speech & social delay) they came separately and on diff days (i think it was Wednesday’s and Friday’s) up until she was able to start school..She turned 2 in May 2022 and she started school in September..It was only for like 3hrs Mon-Fri..They helped a lot even with potty training..She met all her goals we set for her by Dec..And we started potty training her in like Jan or Feb and it only took about 2wks 🎉 She was in big girl panties morning..noon and night with no accidents..She’s 4 now..She’s still considered non verbal bc she can’t engage in conversation just yet but she can verbally ask for what she wants and she knows everything educational..She can also read sight words (Since she was 2)

A hour is way too long a kids attention span is usually that of their age so if she’s 3 I would start with three minutes at a time and gradually increase the time or you will burn the both of y’all out.
