    Hello Anna and Edd, quick response here, please surround the bathtub with rockwool before you tile it. It's so much more comfertabel slowing down tempature droppings when you're taking a bath. Good energie savings also.
    Like the tiles.

    I enjoy your videos. In Ireland 🇮🇪 only a qualified electrician can install the electricity. Otherwise your house won't pass inspection.

    Ed has loads of skills and Anna has great taste! You have very good content. But. I will tell you that we always watch you speeded up to 1.25. It flows better when it’s just a bit faster with not too much effect on the pitch of your voices.

    When I speed up playback for some folks to 1.25 it becomes problematic, for example – Adam Savage’s Tested, NerdForge, Safiya Nygaard. They might just talk faster – but regardless – they sound too fast at 1.25 but you do sound better. Might be worth experimenting. fwiw. Cheers!

    Hello, you’re doing a great job of renovating the house, and as you said today swapping trades all the time. I had noticed a few weeks ago that the herringbone tiling was a bit off, but I wasn’t going to mention it, but you brought it to our attention anyway, I was going to suggest if you want/need to do more herringbone tiling then maybe you could rotate it by 45° so the tiles would be running vertically and horizontally, that would make it easier to keep the lines right, but I am not sure what it would look like?
    I also enjoy the other property reviews and antique sales, it’s interesting and entertaining, and that’s what we’re here for.
    Keep up the good work, and take care of yourself!

    Love all your Vlogs! I did see that you answered my question about the land on the last video but life got in the way and I wasn't able to get my price guess in on time. The bathroom is really looking beautiful and it's not finished yet. Great choice on tiles!! Ed, did you make that tub drain leak on purpose for suspense (teasing). Edited.. Sorry Ed, Phil took a tub out and had a leak too rofl.. I hope I didn't call him Ed hahaha

    Edd and Ana! I wan’t sure that I would like the vertical tiling pattern as much as the herringbone in the other bathroom. However, with the white grouting I think that the vertical is even nicer and more unique than the earlier style! Both are beautiful though!
