  2. Chef! I use oak smoked salt for Duck and it gives it a lot! Thanks for the recipe and though I love Duck, I don't like orange – in any food. 🙂 I would love to see if you had any other Duck recipes up your sleeve.

    There's only a quarter of a plate of good on the plate.

    Looks fancy but wouldn't fill a ten yesr old girl, even as part of a three course meal.

  11. Chef, a challenge! I'm a tramp/homeless guy. My only cooking arrangement is a 200watt slow cooker powered by limited solar during winter. Assume I can get these (or similarly priced and available) ingredients.

    What can you/I/we do? Must be at least one filling meal for two days for a man sized man.

    I grew up with a cat that looked like a maine coon and the doctor said: "if you want to sell her, I will fake the family tree for you."
    Me (12 years old): Sell her!?! Looking at my mom. If you sell her, I am not your son anymore!

    Luckily my mom didnt want to sell her and she lived a very happy life (also around 20 years old, I think 21)

  15. San-J isn't just normal soy sauce… its the best! For those that don't know (I'm sure Chef does) most soy sauces are watered down crap. These soy sauces are made with 50% wheat and the flavor of fermented soy is cut dramatically. San-J is almost 100% soy (Tamari) and is one of the most flavorful umami sauces you can find. Highly recommend spending a few extra bucks on it and trashing your Kikkoman asap
