I'm the odd one who here who loved that darker grey kitchen with the darker grey tiles. I don't like white unless its used as an accent/trim.
What about a black counter top with white cabinets?
I’m dangerous going into IKEA I end up spending too much. I really enjoy looking at their kitchens and furniture
I would go with the stainless ovens. The black ones are nice, but would look like voids.
White kitchen with Stainless steel appliances would be most pleasing to me
The grey one without the handles, are a nightmare, we had a white one in this style too. Because when the drawers are hard to open (with soft close for example) you do not have enough grip on the small grooves, so your fingers slip regularily hurting and killing your nails.
That vertical tiling is so much better
Don’t get a chimney shaped fan – get a pull out one
I like having my oven in a tower rather than under the hob I’ve 2 big drawers under the hob to store the pans which is great I have a no handle drawer kitchen which is great in white with an oak top my ovens are black and enclosed top cupboards not glass for all the reasons you mentioned
Also consider a combination oven / microwave as I use mine all the time as a small oven

For the space you have and the ceiling height I would do the ALL white – no handles – and the wooden counter tops for sure.
Gray is running out of style, I think stainless steel is easier to keep clean than black. I liked the green cabinets

You won't regret the stainless with the bright white. That is such a dark basement like kitchen.

Timeless palette. Add color thru decorating.
Everyone says stainless but I have a black stainless farmhouse deep sink and black oven and I love it with my white cabinets and white subway tile back splash.

Stainless requires extra and constant cleaning.
It shows everything and all finger marks.i vote black or white.
You can actually see it yourself if you mess about with the Ikea kitchen designer, you just need to insert the room measurements and you can construct any cabinets with any doors you like on their website.
Not the first kitchen. Second one. No glass door cabinets. The bathroom you did came out looking really beautiful.
