Ukrainian Recipe for an AeroPress. Works with Metal and Paper filters. And with Light and Medium roast. Suitable with AeroPress Go.
The recipe:
coffee – 12 g
water – 150 g of water (for paper filter), 180 g of water (for metal filter) – 93°C / 203°F
1. Add the coffee into inverted AeroPress
2. Add the water as fast as you can
3. Mix till 30 seconds
4. Close the lid (with the filter of your choice) and flip it on the carafe
5. At 1:00 start pressing (with around 2700 g of force). Target the brewing time within 2:00 – 2:30
THE GRIND SIZE
On Kinu m47 it’s 2 rotations and 5 numbers (2.5)
On Comandante C40 – around 15 clicks
It’s the starting point only. Adjust by taste. So that there is enough flavors and intensity. But don’t go too small, like 12 clicks.
RATIO
For paper – 1:12.5
For metal filter (any will do, just press differently to keep it slow) 1:15.
Meaning, you can play with the dose, just keep the ratio.

Someone, please try the recipe in 8 cup AeroPress and give some feedback. Thanks.
Not bad. Used 180 g of water with paper filter though, 150 is too strong for me.
