Monaco is not the place where I would want to film a food tour. But at least I ate the authentic foie gras right in near the Casino Monte Carlo in Monaco. And this is totally worth watching at least.

  1. Monaco is such a beautiful and quite cozy place indeed! I don't remember walking around the areas that you passed through unfortunately, but the food there was incredible and expensive! LOL
    Keep it up!!!

  2. In the foie gras industry, geese undergo a process known as “gavage,” where they are force-fed to enlarge their livers. This often involves inserting a metal tube down their throats multiple times a day, leading to significant suffering. After several weeks of this treatment, they are slaughtered for their liver, which is considered a delicacy, while the meat produced is often of lower quality than that from geese raised solely for meat. Female chicks, deemed useless for this industry, are typically culled shortly after hatching. The living conditions are often cramped and unsanitary, contributing to the overall distress experienced by the animals.

    Watch Dominion!
