Brenden, Lochie, Noah are the ones I want lol champagne and fried chicken is what i want, you could a draft of like street/fast food or something like that maybe.
Is sake considered street legal in this conversation?
I'd have argued for Ruby Port being different from Tawny and got that instead of Beaujolais Nouveau, there.
@16:10, “have you not seen Madagascar, they like to move it move it, and what they are moving is the vanilla onto the ships”! That was hillarious
Guys love you ur work as always. Those SM7B mics need a tweak, y’all popping like crazy. This is the audio equivalent of over extraction…. Both switches on the back should be in the center position. If they already are, get your tech wiz to dial off the bottom end and little, eg hi pass filter at 150 Hertz or similar. Cheers!
Brendan can't have fried chicken bc roast chicken was picked
Henrys restaurant sounds like what I call tacky Aussie. Steak and caviar bumps. Maybe some crab in there mains are literally just that so you need to order lots of sides. All wines marked up 3x
Taramasolata and caviar potato cakes with loire chenin, barolo and spag bol, macvin and tiramisu
2 minutes in, if the winning strategy isn’t Rippa roll and passion pop I’m going to be disappointed.
Replace the grange with shiraz-
/cab and that pairing is half the older male client I used to serve in Barossa
The Turkey roll n Riesling or the chicken is my current job at the races
Hmmm Beaujolais is red Bourgogne if we are being anal about it. 😛
https://youtu.be/bXprjWfp7YU?si=1YBTyPySQPIhGydg this a Southern California culinary creator this week describes Fried chicken in various world guises thinks is the most popular and delicious types. What wines do you as a collection recommend? I thought well cellared white burgundy would be exciting (NO PRE-MOX, please!)
Gemma, California Zinfandel offers a wide spread of styles; some of most egregious examples are from overripe alcohol, deficient acidity, too tannic, and darkly extracted. There’s are many clearly well made styles even from traditionally too ripe regions e.g. Paso Robles upland cooler Willowcreek District. However, IMHO Sonoma County Zinfandel is Dry Creek Valley’s Nalle Winery is tops. The bench-land , especially paired with San Francisco’s local Ciopinno Dungeness Crab & Fish Stew where Ridge Winery Lytton Springs Estate Vineyard rules supreme! However, the nuclear impact Zinfandel Ground Zero is the Upper Dry Creek Valley surrounding Lake Sonoma’s Rockpile Vineyard that is impeccably balanced and gorgeous, especially the Stryker Estate!
