Ingredients
– 255g flour
– 170g eggs

Method
1. Mix the flour and eggs in the bowl lift mixer until a dough forms using the paddle attachment.
2. Knead the dough for a few minutes using the dough hook until it becomes smooth. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
3. Using KitchenAid’s pasta attachment, roll out your pasta a few times starting at the thickest setting and drop it down by one setting each time until you get to number 3.
4. Then change to the spaghetti roller attachment and feed your dough through it.
5. Once it’s cut, dust it lightly in flour and store it in the fridge uncovered until you’re ready to cook it.

  1. Pasta machine worked great the first time, now the second go the dough is sticking & coming back around the roller. Any suggestions? Noob here go east on me. lol

But person has its limit time of organize thing.. especially if it's workin..

These work could be done for person is into misserable situation.. which has problem of having work because of age limit..
Our situation could be possible.. but Assistant Service Welfare is busy for office and other person is giving help.. at least could receive money to buy some clothes and shoes.. something to have money into is pocket.. at least could go to mercato..

  4. Whirlpool has gradually replaced high-quality components with cheaper parts sourced from suppliers across the world, which has led to a decline in the quality of KitchenAid appliances.

If you are planning to make pasta at home, it's worth investing in an Italian-made pasta machine. Unfortunately, the Kitchenaid pasta attachments are not as good as they used to be. As someone who has been baking for almost 25 years, I own three models of Kitchenaids, one of which is nearly as old as my baking years.

I have also been making pasta for about 22 years, so I had to replace my pasta roller last year. I was surprised at how cheap and flimsy the new roller is, compared to my original one. The parts that were once made of quality metal are now made of cheap nylon. The material used to make the rolling rods is too light and slippery to roll out the dough properly.

  5. I bought this exact 7qt updated one today in matte dried rose and I can’t wait for it to come 😭😭😭

  6. I just bought this machine! I got the 5.5qt bowl though as the 7qt seemed like overkill lol plus, I’m no professional. I’m excited to use it!

  7. I just won one in an estate auction. My first recipe is going to be pizza dough tomorrow. I can't WAIT to make pawster with it!

  8. So pleased that you have this endorsement. You have built a lot of trust with your videos and this endorsement is trustworthy.

  9. The meat grinder attachment is awesome also. We raise our own chickens and alot of them get turned into ground chicken.

  10. Yeah, I beg to differ. These new kitchen aids are garbage Andy. You know it. And yes it has a 6.6L bowl but you can only make 1L at a time as per the instructions. Just like that tiny little ball you did just there. I'd say that's about 800g of doing. Any more than that and the motor will seize, overheat and smoke. They don't have the power. They have horrible torque. Again, you know this Andy. I will prove it. I will go and buy one and I'll video me doing a 1kg ball of dough. And I'll tag you in it. Stand by

  11. So many bot messages in the comments! Wow! They must cost Andy a fortune! Read the instructions first! You cant make that amount of pasta in one go! The engine can only be used for 2 minutes at a time. Listen to the motor struggle!

  12. Kneading is so enjoyable. I used to make pasta on a Sunday morning before the family woke up while I was having my morning coffee. It is wonderfully meditative ❤

  13. I’m a glut for punishment, and usually hand knead my pasta doughs… came here to see if my kitchen aid was dying, but relieved to see that yours sound like that too.
