(6 Aug 2018) FRENCH MASTER CHEF JOEL ROBUCHON HAS DIED AT THE AGE OF 73, SPOKESWOMAN SAYS
French master chef Joel Robuchon has died at the age of 73.
A spokeswoman for Robuchon confirmed that he died, with French TV station BFM and newspaper Le Figaro reporting that he died in Geneva on Monday from cancer, citing his entourage.
His career was one of superlatives: Named among the best craftsmen in France in 1976, crowned cook of the century in 1990, one of the cooks at the “dinner of the century,” and, for years, holder of the most Michelin stars in the world.
Robuchon was known for his constant innovation and even playfulness in the kitchen – a revelation to the hidebound world of French cuisine.
He had built an empire of gourmet restaurants across the world.

m les gens qui m là on se comprend aussi en donnant un coup de oh vous et [Musique] donc je crois que faire ce repas les 3000 ans de jérusalem d’abord vous avez vu l’enthousiasmé de tous les cuisiniers douze cuisiniers internationaux du monde entier qui ont accepté de venir bénévolement pour une telle manifestation donc je crois c’est justement cette cette émotion sensibilité qui a fait que tout le monde accepte avec beaucoup de plaisir et que nous sommes tous heureux d’être là pour fêter les familles lente de jérusalem [Musique] [Musique] c’est bouclé oui c’était émouvant on était tous vous savez bouleversé par ce drame et est d’être là de voir cette femme ces quelques mots qu’a la touche et qui était vraiment touchant savoir ce petit garçon ont donc été fière de son papa je me souviens lors d’un dîner récemment avec philippe rochât qui était encore là il fallait j’ai regardé chez lui où le papa mais d’offrir une tenue de cuisinier ce petit garçon qui était fière fière de son papa ce garçon qui avait tout pour réussir c on est tous un peu ours avaient dévasté bouleversé par ce qui est arrivé c’était vraiment un hommage très émouvant qui lui a été rendu aujourd’hui
