Chichibu Red Wine Cask 2023 is a Japanese single malt whisky. It has been aged in casks that previously contained red wine.

Are you willing to pay this stupid price for a whisky from Japan?
Gert, agreed that's crazy pricing but for me most Japanese whisky is overpriced. I do love red wine finishing of scotch, especially when peated. But don't want too sweet. Love balance.
Good review as always. Im going to czech republic in a month or so on vacation. Going to see if I can find some whiskybottles. Cheers.
I have the Yoichi and it’s well made, but the prices for most Japanese malts are not acceptable
