i love cooking
uh some people you know they go back
home and it’s like a
a chore for them to cook
for me it will never be it’s a pleasure
in itself
and
also i love eating because i love
cooking it goes together anyway
and there’s a saying in french from
monyer
from a play and says
you must not
eat to live but leave to eat and that’s
exactly my philosophy
so yeah basically french cooking can
seem very hard thing to
appreciate to make
and
i hate my ideas actually it’s quite
simple you just have to be introduced to
it
so um
my aim when i make a cooking class with
my clients
is that when they go back home they will
easily find all the ingredients that
they need and then you can reproduce it
because it’s not worth it taking a
cooking class if you’re never gonna you
know be able to reproduce that ditch
so basically we do things like
photo food fagra
um
or more inventive things like mordor and
cuisine depending on also on the level
of
the pupils that i have but for me yeah
it’s it’s a great pleasure to do the
human facts with them
