Birthday dinner opinion:
In my friend group, the friend whose birthday is doesn't pay for anything. If I know I can't afford the restaurant my friend chose at the time than I decline and take them out separately where perhaps the bill won't be as high due to multiple people and gratuity. The birthday person never even sees the bill!

OJ likely did not have that 200 million in liquid assets or cash. That $200 million likely is coming from life insurance policies. Many life insurance policies only allow you 1-2 beneficiaries. So if you have 4 children then you would likely leave your money to a trust. The executor is left with instructions on how much to give each person. Every state is different but for example in Ohio, you have 6 months to collect a debt from the deceased. So the beneficiaries can not collect that money for 6 months. So if OJ intended all 4 of his children to walk away with $50 million each, they have to wait to see if anyone brings a judgement against the trust for money OJ may have owed. So they are probably going after the trust to get that $30 million judgement. I’m only guessing that’s what OJ did but I know that is what is common practice for someone who has multiple beneficiaries and a considerable amount of life insurance. On another note you’re talking about a mausoleum to be buried above ground.
