Somehow even the V60 coffee is much more expensive than espresso. I like espresso more due to the thickness and texture like drinking melted chocolate (for my personal reason, I cannot calling myself the true coffee lover if I cannot drink the strongest caffeine or the most bitter coffee)

Can you use other roasts besides espresso roasts in an espresso machine?
i agree, not everyone wants a light roast
