Ham and Cheese Slider Sauce:
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup whole grain mustard
1/2 Tbs. Worcestershire
Sprinkle of Ranch Seasoning

For the Butter:
I add garlic powder
Pepper
Red pepper flakes
Small pinch of salt

Going to show you a really fun I say little tip or trick that we’re going to do as well for our hamburger sliders then we’re going to use our empty container and we’re going to put our hamburger meat down in here and kind of like push it down to where it forms the

Perfect little you know Square so that it’s the perfect size for our sliders like this is genius okay are you going to be our hamburger meat Smasher yeah I’ll be the presser guy I feel like too with this like because once this gets cooked you know it’s going to shrink up

A little bit yeah so I’m actually going to make make it the full size of this thing oh perfect and then once it’s cooked it’s going to pull in a little so they’ll be still perfect size yeah since we took three of our rolls away right

Now with this I am going to kind of crumble it up some Yeah wow look how that spread out I know but you got to flatten it you know oh yeah we’re going to smoosh okay then I have an idea I see so many people who make like Smash Burgers or like this kind of recipe and they’ll use just like

Some good old yellow mustard to season the meat and I don’t think we’ve ever actually done that no we put mustard on ribs a lot that’s like the binder for them but no I don’t think we’ve ever done I want to do it if you’re down oh

Yeah I’m down for it so I think a little bit of yellow mustard and then we’ll just do like um salt and pepper cuz I don’t like my hamburger meat like too seasoned I like it just a good salt and pepper kind of flavor I like it to taste

Like the beef that it is is and then my flavoring comes from the condiments and additions that we put on it you know this girl we hear you what is going on down here so as far as the mustard goes uh-huh you want to go ahead and put the

Mustard on and then cuz this is going to be the side that goes down first you know yeah that’s what I to do is that good that’s beautiful you could have drawn me a sweet little love note in there I should have brought like Buy on there yeah what is it

Together and I’m just going to kind of make like the In-N-Out uh I think it’s called animal sauce we don’t have Inn out you know in these parts no we don’t I think I’ve actually only ever eat there one time I’ve never eaten there but I wish I have yeah but you know

Everyone loves Animal sauce so I looked up a recipe online and it calls for sweet pickle relish which we don’t have but we have pickles and so I’m just going to add a little bit of sugar just to kind of like give it that sweetness

Um but then other than that it’s just a few ingredients so I was like that’ll be easy and really good on there so you’ll need some mayonnaise some ketchup a little bit of just like white distilled vinegar now it doesn’t call for this but buy was like let’s just do a dash of

Some moist shirt that’s right so you know that’ll give it some nice depth and then we’ll just add our pickles and a little Pinch of Sugar I would say that like mimics what animal sauce looks like you want to taste it oh yeah Vine is it really good yeah it’s good did that put too much vinegar no does it need more sugar definitely not more sugar I didn’t put a lot no it’s like

I thought I was going to have to use two of these uhhuh to do it but then I pull reached in the drawer and I was like Perfection I’m still going to use both give us that face again was it Like I’m trying to make sure when the time comes oh the time has coming the time has coming now listen when you’re all all of y’all listen too when you’re doing this at home you want to warn your friends family co-workers enemies to watch out because this is probably going to Splatter okay Oh my goodness now that is a perfectly toasted did bun that couldn’t look better if we tried the only uh I wish we had gotten out the uh the Dome so this cheese was just like wish have got the dome but it’s nice and melty regard

So so we’re going straight onto the yep see we’re still a little bit bigger which is probably by me you know yeah nothing wrong with a little overhang you know okay so here is the lineup we’ve got buy onions we have some lettuce our animal sauce you can add whatever

Toppings you want to this I feel like is not just like a Game Day game changer it’s a game changer a game changer I like it bony like you’re going to impress everyone but also if you just want to impress your family so good and like who doesn’t love like a great

Just throw a little parmesan herb Tenders in there I’m digging that I am digging that idea tell me that will not be like what makes this Gourmet you you’ve just blown my mind with that right like that is absolutely perfect to go with this yes and Y we eat this all

If you don’t have this you know this is really isn’t part of the recipe but I’m going to add just like a little droplets here and there oh I like your Technique yep all double and up yep and then we’re going we’re going to go triple pep is

That too much no I think it’s perfect I’m going to go just two pepperonis per oh wait oh wait am I supposed to let’s see how much do I got I got four pieces left I don’t know we’ll just see how far we get okay you see how this is getting

You basically my favorite food in the entire world is probably strong buy yeah which is like a pizza wrapped up into a handheld sandwichy type of thing right delicious I love just like The Buttery garlic crust bread M because it has a little bit of the sweetness from the

Bread right oh my gosh that actually plays into it cuz it kind of provides a different little U flavor profile you know dancing around it does now last week I shared my ham and cheese sliders on Instagram I just happened to make them for me and buy and several of

Y’all asked if I would share that recipe again so I was like this will be the perfect video to share that so I’m going to take you guys back and share one of my very favorite of all time go to slider recipes you can’t go wrong and I

Got to say this too I don’t like to M horn but I made these again this past weekend for my family like all of us Rave refuse all of my family were like these are the best H and cheese sliders ever so take my word for it you should

Just try my style of like making them so without further Ado here you go so of course you’ll need your king Hawaiian rolls if you want to use off brand you totally can Aldi Walmart whatever it is and always get bunky to be like my bread

Slicer cuz I can never get the knife like through the center evenly so I’ll get him to cut those for us and then of course you’ll need some ham um this time I got the Bor head Virginia ham we love that one and I just get it like thinly

Sliced but you can use whatever ham you want and then I like to use mozzarella or prolon or both whichever you prefer today I got some mozzarella so I’m going to go ahead and get bunky to cut these then we’ll assemble everything and then in Buy’s terms my condiment concoction

Is some mayonnaise a little bit of stone ground mustard and then I like to do a little splash of oer Shure and some ranch seasoning I was actually thinking about these sandwiches and I said to myself I don’t actually like I I like the top to be a bigger than the bottom

Okay you never want the bottom on these to be thicker than the top that is for sure am I right this this is true but I think you always want the top to be slightly larger than the bottom we’re talking like 6040 okay yeah do your best job now I’m

Not promising that that we’re going to that’s going to happen but I’m just telling you okay that’s my preference so is that okay with you that’s don’t good with me all right we’re going to leave these I can hold whatever yeah we’re going to leave these stuck to the bottom

Cuz they’re giving me a little bit of grip did did I come down at all y perfect Perfecto watch that hand okay so a little mayo and then I kind of like a lot of mustard and I will say that I definitely recommend using the stone ground mustard yeah sound

Effects sound effects I do uh think traditional preparations of this magical Wonder includes poppy seeds oh yeah we never we never have done that though but I do think that that is right I think the stone groud mustard bits replace the poppy seed sensation okay so there you go

Then just a little splash of waser sure waser sure that’s probably good and then a little Shake of ranch Seasoning okay so once you’ve got your condiment concoction you’re just going to like slather it all over this bread I like to do top and bottom and as we always say crust to crust is a must full coverage full coverage but you can’t do too much because then it makes it soggy

So you just want like a even thin layer We have enough on the bottom it’s okay yeah we didn’t have enough to like do the whole top so I’m just put what we have left up there it’s probably okay not to do the top you know cuz you don’t want to be too much you got a little aggressive on the bottom

There okay and now we’re just going to assemble our ham and our cheese I like to kind of tear my ham and like do like little bunches on each individual little square that’s going to be your sandwich but you lay your ham on there however you choose to

All those grooves are going to catch cheese huh yes and I can’t remember if I told y’all this but I did do like half a pound of ham and I did it thinly sliced so this turned out like perfect amount okay so now for the mozzarella you just literally layer it on

Top like so so now for the fun part I went ahead and melted some butter butter and then to my butter I’m going to add some garlic powder salt and pepper ranch seasoning a little bit of this crushed red peppers if you don’t want to do this

You don’t have to and then a smidge of Parmesan it’s going to be amazing and we’re going to brush this or pour it all over the Top Okay so cover them in foil and pop them in the oven at 3:15 for probably about 10 to 12 minutes then we’ll take the foil off and let them clip for like another 5 to 7 Minutes okay so these are done and they look and smell amazing I did 10 minutes with a tin foil on and then I did 6 minutes with the tin foil off and they are literally perfect so I’m going to go ahead and cut a couple up because you
