  2. Chef Motokichi actually gave Andrew the demi glaze recipe when Andrew wanted to make kichi kichi ox tongue stew. He made a video of him making it.

  3. The first I've tried to make this, it ended it up just like Andrew's, but that was 100% beginner luck it's been 3 years and I've never been able to make it again.
