Feeling artsy Baby this Festival which is themed around three artistic disciplines The Culinary Visual and performance Arts runs from January 12th to February 19th this year and we are really excited to explore there’s a lot to see and do and this is probably the most colorful Festival pun intended I don’t think
That’s a pun your first stop when you arrive at an upcot Festival is going to be to grab an Festival passport this is the one for this year and it is super cute it’s got a little figment flip book inside it’s got tons of information about performers it’s got every menu
It’s even got coloring pages and activities in the back but there’s also the wonderful walk of colorful Cuisine this is a self-guided eating walk where you can eat these different menu items around the festival if you eat five of the designated menu items on the wonderful walk of colorful Cuisine you
Will get a special completer treat for free so you get that six for free which is really cool uh we will be doing this today to see if it’s worth your time what that complete a treat is all that sort of thing and that is found in your beautiful Festival passport my first
Stop at a festival is to head to one of these two shops right at the interest of world show case to grab one of these bad boys this is the festival wristlet gift card it comes on a little thing you can pull around your wrist it usually has a
Theme that matches the festival so this time we’ve got figment um little information about Disney gift cards here but these are great because you can load them up with however much you want to spin during the day and then make sure you’re not over spending at those
Festival booths plus you don’t have to pull out your wallet at every Booth so it’s really awesome um I always use this to budget when I’m come for fun so I highly highly highly recommend look at how cute that is is this where we part ways I think it’s where part ways fry

Hazelnut Crunch and mango raspberry koola oo uh we got two of the alcoholic beverages they also have a few wines but we went for their cocktails the frozen french martini made with Grey Goose vodka vodka shambour leor pineapple orange and grape juices with a lemon lime foam and then we have the Elder
Flow Lor cocktail which is St germine Lor sparkling wine and Mint overall Booth thoughts um knocks it out of the park I’m actually typically a France skeptic people talk about how France is the best Booth all the time and usually I disagree I’m starting here today it’s going to be really hard to beat this the salmon is delicious and savory and the
Fact there’s a warm and a cold serving option honestly shockingly I loved the salmon served cool in the mousse better which even though it like scared me with the way it looked the warm one had a little bit more of a fishy taste than the other one did this one was just
Perfect buttery salmon if you like salmon I think you should try both of these they’re delicious as usual this guy the creme debris always going to be a winner people go crazy for this little doola cheese it’s smaller than you might think the first time I ever got this I
Was surprised look how small this is however still very delicious it’s like a little East full of breef um the chocolate little too rich for me but really great if you love a molten lava cake stuff like that um those raspberry and the koolest really helps to cut the
Richness too which is nice um of the two drinks the Elder flow is super strong if you like a champagne cocktail you want a strong one that’s a good one the martini this is a favorite it’s on the sweet side but I’m not a sweet drink Drinker
And I really like this it’s got like a like candy note to it which also is not something I typically like but it’s almost like a grownup sweet tart so I really love this I think it’s awesome um the way the fruit flavors all come together is amazing overall I have very few
Complaints about this booth so we’re off to a killer start first stop for me I look this Beret it’s kind of growing on me but i’ I’ve got a round round face right now I I don’t know if I still love okay I’m off topic the first stop for me
Is swirled showcase this is going to be where you find all of your soft serve your ice cream treats your sweet treats your frozen treats I’m starting off with World Showcase because it’s a little cloudy and uh I don’t want my ice cream to melt but also uh no one’s in line
First world showcase at 10:45 1050 everybody’s in line for pop eats no one’s in line for showcase so first in line baby so we’re actually here to get two new items they have a new soft serve it’s a cupcake flavor uh which I’m I I
Love a good cake batter kind of uh cake ice cream kind of situation especially cuz the sprinkles in it uh but also we’re here for a red Fanta float with the cupcake flavor in it as the as the ice cream base but they have a broken soda machine their menu board isn’t even
Out yet so we can’t get the uh we can’t get the float yet with but it’s the first day of the festival so you can can expect some uh kind of rockiness it’s Rocky start think they’re still trying to figure it out for the first you know
For the first day so that’s okay so I don’t really have a lot of time to eat this cuz it is melting really fast let’s try this new Cupcake soft serve it’s on a waffle cone oh that is sugary sweet uh everything neat that’s what I’m going to call it it
Tastes like eating a birthday cake there’s a little bit of crunch with I think um tastes like sprinkles in there uh it’s a much sweeter vanilla remind me like like almost like a cake batter ice cream but it melts really quickly so be careful all right for my
First boo of the day we are here next to test track we are going to try out deconstructed dish we’ve got a deconstructed BLT a deconstructed keyme pie and a deconstructed non-alcoholic strawberry mint julip I really just love the idea of having food items that are deconstructed I think it fits perfectly
With Festival of the Arts and um makes me want to eat the items from this booth so I really enjoyed all of them I think the key lime pie is very pretty and I really enjoyed the mint julip that really surprised me I enjoyed that a lot
That was my favorite of the booth so deconstructed dish done this is the brush stroke Barry Bliss from the joffre location right next to Port of Entry let’s give it a try o wow that is tart it’s a tart berry tea but it’s a slush and there’s a lemon
On top wow I really love the way that tastes this is very refreshing it’s sweet but not as sweet as regular slushes in Walt Disney World this isn’t a Goofy’s glazure I like it there were two other specialty jwre drinks at this Festival over at the joffre in Canada you can try
The realism Roseberry cold brew and we surprisingly really enjoyed the floral Rose syrup in this coffee you can also find the pistachio palette at the joffre and B Discovery and this was a favorite for us because as a super light pistachio Casio flavor that just really complimented the flavors of the coffee
Connections eery has a specialty drink for the festival with the orange lemonade cocktail the best part about this is that it has cotton candy that melts into the drink and adds a nice sugary flavor to the tartar orange and lemonade flavors just a note that refreshment station over by testra was
Supposed to have a specialty Festival option but it did not as an opening day so we will be keeping it eye out for it and you can follow for updates on all your.net next up we’re going to head into Tangerine Cafe flavor of Medina that’s where you’re going to find your
Moroccan eats you’re going to see a lot of repeating items from previous years maybe with a little bit of a Twist uh but we do have some new beverages so let’s head in let get a Moroccan food on starting off with this uh brand new dessert um it is a chocolate cake with
Pomegranate mousse and pomegranate whipped cream uh we got something that you can pretty much always get here it’s the uh Stone baked Moroccan bread with hummus chamula and Zoo dips then there is the grilled kebabs with carrot chickpea salad garlic aoli uh we got the chamula chicken and the Moroccan spice
Lamb the returning Twin’s chai tea with Sprite and mint it is non alcoholic but it looks kind of like a mimosa and then we do have the new hard cider flight we start with Blake’s hard cider it’s Grizzly pear hard cider then there’s a strawberry lime hard cider and a blueberry lavender hard Cider First let’s start with the grilled Kebab so you can need do the chicken or the Moroccan spiced beef if you’re going to do uh one of them I would say the Moroccan spice beef there’s a great garlic aoli on top uh and there’s chickpea kind of salad SLO underneath
Not my personal favorite but uh I really like the Moroccan spiced beef it was cooked well and if you’re going to get something well honestly the grilled chicken just tasted like grilled chicken with garlic aoli uh it was a little Bland cooked well but a little Bland uh
But if you’re going to come to Morocco you might as well get something in Moroccan spiced uh there’s a sweetness to it that was kind of a fun exotic uh take on it uh the garli garlic aoli added a nice savory touch I really enjoyed it then there was the hummus
With the three dips it was basically like the Moroccan uh Shak cuder re board you got your bread you got your dips you can I I love a shuder re board you can mix and match your flavors get experiment a little bit my personal favorite I love the the zoo dip but
Really the new item that I want to talk about here it was actually their dessert and it was their pomegranate chocolate cake I was a little nervous going in because typically pomegranate is it’s a little tart it’s a little sour I was I was nervous uh but but really it’s light
It’s fluffy it’s Airy uh it had the the the mousse the pant mousse had a great texture and the presentation was on point the details with the Little Flower on top and the little uh the little pearls so good the chocolate cake on the bottom added a nice rich uh flavor to it
As well as far as the twinnings tea uh Sprite mint Mimosa goes if you’re not a drinker I think uh this is a great option specifically because it comes in a nice little champagne glass looks like mimosa uh you know and I always believe that stem wear is always the name of the
Game if you’re going to have a solid uh uh cocktail even though it’s a non-alcoholic mocktail kind of situation however when it comes to flavor I one I don’t like tea and two I don’t like mint uh so what for me it tasted like I I uh
Brushed my teeth and then took a sip of sprite so not myo but if you like uh if you like tea and mint and Sprite uh and you’re not a drinker this might be for you and lastly the new cider flight now they’re all ciders there’s not an ale
There’s not a stout so they’re all going to have the same kind of lightness to it I’m going to rank them from 1 to three being uh one being the best three being my least favorite one I really like the strawberry lime cider it tasted like I
Was honestly tasting a a soda from Club cool almost like strawberry lime soda feel to it even though it was a hard cider uh the second one I didn’t necessarily love because it had a floral taste that I wasn’t obsessed with it was the blueberry lavender I’m not a Hu huge
Floral person when it comes to taste uh but I didn’t mind it and last was the grizzly pear uh it was it was very sour very PE forward and it was a little too tart for me for a for a cider so that’s my ranking that’s Tangerine Cafe uh now
You know let’s keep on rocking quick note about Tangerine Cafe and the um twinnings tea uh situation thanks to our amazing reporters uh catching this uh before I did uh and I did get the non-alcoholic version with the Sprite and all that stuff but unfortunately the non-alcoholic version actually isn’t on
The menu you can get it non-alcoholic but you have to ask for it so instead of sprite it’s actually sparkling wine that’s the alcoholic version but uh and and that version version is on the menu so if you ask for this uh you know twinnings tea Sprite mosa situation uh
They’re going to give you the alcoholic version so make sure if you’re looking for the non-alcoholic version you ask for it I’m wearing a figment fit obviously cuz it’s Festival of the Arts and uh we’re all wearing really cute outfits that were put together for us by

The t-shirt in the dryer after washing it for me that’s the story of my fun outfit over in the Italy Pavilion you’ll find LTE Deon Jare which is the Italian booth at this Festival lots of really interesting stuff here including the mozzarella frea which was a little basic
But it’s fried cheese so you know fried cheese and sauce how going go wrong the was good um kind of just like a pasta and cheese dish a little basic as well our real winner at this booth is going to be the tort rata CH chocolata which is a chocolate cheesecake with
Whipped cream and a decoration on top it had a lovely dark chocolate flavor to it and this one was a real winner for us figments inspiration station is your One-Stop shop for all things colorful and sweet in fact it’s kind of a staple here at Festival of the art because
Obviously figment is the m mascot for festival the Arts and he’s also the mascot for inspiration station now you’re going to find some definitely sweet and colorful treats here uh you’ve got your uh rainbow uh flight you’ve got your pop tarp but the thing that’s returning that I actually really still
Enjoy is the rainbow cake we were and are still surprised how much we really enjoyed this cake the cake is moist it’s Airy it’s light and it’s got these freeze dried Skittles on top it’s a really fun imaginative Innovative thing to do on top of a cake but don’t forget
If you’re after your new figment popcorn bucket you’re going to find it here and of course you can actually mobile order to get your figment popcorn bucket we did that uh and it went off pretty well we got our figment popcorn bucket I believe fry had it earlier uh but I
Actually really like the design I love that it’s not just figment it actually pays so much the building that housed all the different versions of the figment ride whether you like this version of figment or not uh it’s paying Omas that so I think that’s pretty cool pastoral palette is the Germany booth
And it’s it’s definitely on our list of those not to miss this spot has some really cozy comfort food favorites like the red wine grazed beef short rib that is so juicy that it practically falls apart as you cut into it and the black forest cake which is a perfect bling of
That delicious chocolate and cherries Plus for my Rosé fans they do have a fro here so you know head on over so Craftsman Courtyard is the place that for some reason I always end up uh and over at Craftsman Courtyard that’s where you can find you know your craft meat
Collections we’re talking pork belly uh skirt steak and more let’s check it out so honestly uh everything I had here was pretty solid especially the oldfashioned I really enjoy the oldfashioned go figure the oldfashioned had a kind of a deep whiskey taste uh with kind of a
Coffee infusion really nice uh and it lingered the coffee kind of lingered for a long time so uh you definitely felt it for a while I really liked it I appreciate it a lot and I really enjoyed the pork belly it was definitely a flavor explosion and the skirt steak was
Pretty good too I mean the the mushrooms plus the skirt steak it was a solid combination the steak was tender had a little bit of fat to keep it chewy really enjoyed it I think this whole Booth uh could definitely be something a potential winner uh for the entire uh
Festival like if if you’re going to come uh and and you’re really wanting some great meat options Craftsman Courtyard might be might be your place to go we’ve made it to Cuisine classic Cuisine classique is a booth serving up brazed dishes inspired by Art of the 18th and
19th century which sounds really cool but I’m super curious as to what that means these are going to look like we’ve got the beef wellington with a mushroom duels brudo and puff pastry with a red wine demi gloss we’ve got the cast iron roasted Pei muscles with sauteed
Tomatoes garlic and fresh herbs and then to drink we’ve got their Gulf Stream Brewing Company some of all colors IPA which you can get in a 6 oz or a 12 oz Overall very good there’s not anything on here that I don’t enjoy um the beef rington is awesome the meat is kind of hard to cut with a knife but then Tinder once you chew it it’s weird my favorite Parts about the beef wellington are the mushrooms that are inside the Wellington
Itself and then the red wine demig gloss I will say when I first bit it I was a little underwhelmed the second I dragged it through that demmy glass I was was like this is delicious and I love it I also am really a big fan of this tiny carrot the potatoes are
Awesome and they give you a good amount of that red wine dimming glass which is great because sometimes they don’t give you enough sauce muscles are good I have trouble wanting to have muscles on a theme park day like it’s like there’s like a mental block there even though I

Artista ento which means the hungry artist all right we’ve got our food from the Mexico booth and actually every item that we got is new this year so we got the carneada the tostada the Ruby deloso Margarita and the Smoky banana Bliss Margarita which has been making many
Many people stop in their tracks when they walk past the menu so let’s dig in all right overall this truth was amazing I loved everything I ate and there were two specific items that you have to know about the carada was great but the real star of the show here at
This booth is that Tada oh my goodness it was amazing I took one bite and I was instantly in love Lobster fresh guacamole corn the Cabbage SLA um there’s a little bit of sweetness a little bit of savory there’s some crunch from that SLO overall this was amazing I
Would give it a 10 out of 10 the Chipotle aoli I wouldn’t necessarily call it hot or spicy but I could feel it a little bit on my lips after I took a bite so just be warned I don’t think it’s anything to be afraid of I really
Enjoyed it I thought this was great the Ruby Margarita was again all right I think it was pretty good um nothing to write home about but the Smoky banana Bliss Margarita was also amazing I don’t really know how to explain it to you because it’s weird to think about banana
Puree and a margarita but it just worked it really did and it tastes this is going to sound weird but it you know when little babies eat their food out of the little packages and it’s puree banana like that’s what it tasted like but in a good way also I just noticed
Even being around the festival Booth even before I got my food everyone that walked past stopped by when they saw the Banana Margarita on the menu and it made them literally stop in their tracks so if you’re interested try the Banana Margarita now a few booths were covered by our offscreen reporters including
Here in America at artist table this booth had some handouts if you like Duck you’ll want to try the duck and dumblings and the hummingbird cake is absolutely delicious plus a lot of cracked beers this is a great stop funnel cakes is a year round location that offers special items for the
Festivals this time you can expect the crazy chocolate funnel cake sandwich which is super sweet and picture perfect over in the China Pavilion you’ll find the painted Panda which has an exciting menu of chicken shumai Chari pork bun Sesame balls and a few specialty drinks we enjoyed both the pork bun and the
Chicken shumai with some really nice flavors and well cooked meat the Sesame balls were good but the texture was a little off they were a little chewy our reporter even said almost gummy we have made it to Canada for Gourmet Landscapes now this booth is going to have some
Unique things for me things that I’ve literally never eaten before like I don’t know roasted bone marrow it’s let’s go all right this is the lineup for Gourmet Landscapes here in Canada we’ve got the roasted beets with goat cheese petite lettuce Blackberry Gast and spice pecan this is brand new and
It’s on the wonderful walk of color Cuisine so we definitely got our stamp then there’s the roasted bone marrow with onion marmalade pickled mushrooms and petite lettuce honestly stressing me out then there’s the wild mushroom Rota with truffle shavings and Zen fendel reduction and also returning this year
Is the Frozen Scotch cocktail which is a scotch and herbal tea garnish with a chocolate nail now it did have a different name in 2023 but it’s basically the same Drink That was a wild experience I don’t even know what to call what I just did Gourmet Landscapes here’s my overall take on it it’s as if a chef went out into a forest any Forest choose one and they were like I’m going to pick ingredients straight from the ground including bones and I’m going to cook it and make it Gourmet it was uh very
Intriguing and I feel like if you are going to uh go to Gourmet Landscapes you have to be adventurous you’ve got you’ve got to put yourself out there and try some new things out of the three food plates I would say the one that was the least shocking was the wild mushroom
Risoto uh with the zantel r reduction uh it was brothy uh it was salty the mushrooms were a little gy for me in my opinion I wasn’t uh you know it was everything was one note in the sense of a texture wise uh everything was a little chewy everything was a little
Soft uh there was no I would I would have love some sort of crunch aspect it’s important to know this is all plant-based I was talking to a cast member there was a person next to me who was allergic to nuts and they said there’s it’s not a cashew nut-based
Cheese CU there is cheese on top apparently it’s a coconut based uh cheese on top so in case you’re allergic to nuts uh there shouldn’t be any nuts involved with the uh mushroom risoto the Vu roasted beets it was literally like a sh cterie platter from the forest just
If if you look at the plate alone there were tiny mushrooms it it looks like you could get it from the bottom of a tree it felt earthy it felt dirty not not in a actually gross dirty way but in a sense of like I just picked these from
The ground way and finally the Enigma of all foods I’m throwing it out there bone marrow in case you’ve never eaten bone marrow before you’re supposed to spoon out the the innards of the bone and then spread it on the on the on the crustini
That they give you now as far as flavors go it was Savory it was salty then all of a sudden it kicked you in the butt with a weird sweetness uh that just literally comes out of nowhere uh it was so strange why am I eating this thing
From a bone again and then and then spreading it on on bread and then there’s no actual flavor to it other than Salt Savory and sweet there was nothing I I couldn’t put my finger on it it was so strange but finally finally I love the Frozen Scotch cocktail um
Surprise surprise uh there was it was infused with herbal tea so it definitely gave a little bit of an earthy taste to it and just for a fun garnish they put a chocolate nail in it it was very uh I’ve been working on the railroad all day
Long in Canada kind of vibe uh the chocolate didn’t chocolate nail didn’t really add anything to the beverage I just took it out and I took a bite of it hey this milk chocolate on my on my Scotch cocktail that’s kind of nice overall if you’re going to go to Canada

The Fest tend to be very crowded and I’ve heard from a lot of people today that they just had no idea that this was the first day of a new Festival so they were super confused when they got here and it was slammed so that’s something

Evito we have the Tero and potato impanata with turmeric aoli and aado aoli here is the passion fruit filled mango cheesecake which is melting a little bit with coconut pineapple cake dragon fruit galet and dragon fruit strawberry sauce then we have back here two cocktails the Frozen P Cola and the
Passion fruit daquiri which I may be had a sip of already but uh I’m excited to dig in I think we’ve got another winner on our hands these cocktails are delicious I feel like I’m on a beach I feel like I’m at an all-inclusive resort lounging in a hammock or on a cruise I feel like I’m drinking this on Castaway key and that’s very high praise cuz I have a very
Specific drink I love on c key called the con cooler but you can see me review in most of our cruise videos this has similar flavors it’s a passion fruit cocktail but instead of leaning more towards the tart passion fruit which is what I was expecting it’s leaning more
Towards the like hog juice Vibe so big win for me here but then also big win for me here Frozen Panic colada big chunks of pineapple in it just refreshing I love both of these I’m excited to sit here and saor them a little bit the dessert is not
Particularly my jam however it’s really good it’s super super fruity it’s beautiful um this does have that tarte passion fruit flavor so that’s kind of a polarizing one it’s not for me it is for a lot of other people if you like fashion fruit this one’s your your eat I

China Germany Italy and look for figment if you find figment you put the sticker over your uh o over the area and then at the very end you go back to the merchandise location where you uh pick this up and you’ll get get a prize and
That prize is actually a paint your own uh figment figurine or a paint your own Mickey Mouse figurine uh you can get either or and fun fact this kind of takes the fun out of it but you’re not really paying $10 for this you’re really paying $10 for the figurine so basically

I feel like you skipped over the biggest part of the festival, which is the visual art. You didn't talk about the artists and new art at all. While I'm sure there is a reason why you don't show the art I do wish you would talk more about it than the food. So many of the other festivals focus on the food and this one to me is more about the art.

I am always disappointed by the France festival booth. It should be the best, but always falls short. You should have seen our salmon vol au vent. Fishy salmon (one small bite), a very tiny blob of spinach, and no sauce at all. No sauce. I always come away feeling ripped off.
