  1. Yet our food is full of hair and sometimes it tastes bad. So much processed food to and the fruits and vegetables are almost always underripe or overripe. So many kids just throw it away.

  2. forgetting about the ohio meme, i live there, and we get this thing called a "spicy stromboli" (look it up, they are supposed to be good) but when that comes to me, i just dont eat lunch that day. i can hold it upside down for 5-10 seconds, and there will be a puddle of grease on the tray. My friend unravveled the thing and it was just a raw hotdog, rapped in a tortilla. send good food pls.

  3. At most of the jobs I’ve had I’ve only ever had a 15 minute break. I have to eat my food quickly Lmao. I know it’s not good for you to do that. Before I was in high school I only ever had 20 minutes to eat because of recess. In high school I had 41 minutes and there was no recess. In American society we don’t make time to sit down for a full lunch break or period in most cases. Europeans also can take a vacation that’s six weeks in length. In America if we take more than two weeks you’ll have to resign from your job (that happened to me because I took a three week vacation) We work like dogs. That’s just the way American society is.

  4. In the US, children are considered a liability because they don't make money. They cost money, and anyone who costs money is hated and given the bare minimum of anything. If you don't make money, you don't matter here.

  5. Growing up in California I used to hide in the bathroom during lunch. My mom gave me money for food but it was so disgusting I preferred to eat lunch when I got home at 3:30/4. I once got caught and was forced to eat an old greenish hotdog that I threw up in the car on the way home. Food poisoning.

  6. Wow! My best friend, Nice one video. Love for you also best wishes to you, Carry on dear.

  7. I felt so bad for the children when I was working in Chili's (KAB in Japan) because what their parents fed them, e.g. "Kid's macaroni".

  8. "Sunday Morning's Man in Paris David Turecamo explores France's strict diet REGIMENT within the school system's gourmet lunch menu." Is there an editor in the house, CBS? How about "regimen"?

  9. North Americans do gobble their food and I will tell you why. We are always in a rush. Most of us commute quite a distance to work so to save time we eat in our car or on transit and most of us get a half hour for lunch. We don't have the luxury of taking our time. I worked 30 yrs at a place where it took 5 min to walk to the cafeteria, then you had to wait in line if you wanted to order anything (so 10-15 minutes of my lunch break is gone) and we have only a few minutes to eat before we rush back to our work station. This was in Canada but it's an American company that only gives you 30 minutes of unpaid lunch time and you better not be late getting back to your work station. Some supervisors actually would spy on us to see if we came back a minute or 2 late. God forbid if you wanted to have a cigarette or use the washroom. Many people would just wolf down a sandwich or something they brought from home or skip eating altogether. You definitely get in the habit of eating super fast and even though I am retired now I have difficulty slowing down and eating my food at what Europeans would consider a normal pace. It's a shame because I love food but we definitely don't have a good work life balance here and the ramifications are far reaching.

  10. I m French and I can tell you from personal experience that school lunch is school lunch and no matter where you go it’s terrible.

  11. Great this is how all schools should be. Good wishes to everyone in France showing the World how to provide proper food for children.

  12. There's no way in hell you could get kitchen staff here in America to participate on the same level. Americans are too lazy and could care less about making sure the kids receive the same type of attention and nutrition.

  13. We americans gobble fond because we have shorter lunch times, less vacations, and unfortunately lesser qualty food! No one here is interested in wholesome food just how to use the most of whatever they can get away with the cheapest! They just dont fucking care!

  14. All people who don’t like the fish for lunch and dinner , and they are judging the diet…. is happy with pizza, white castle style burgers, hot dogs,”packaged chocolate with milk ,peaches with syrup , bologna sandwidches, corn, green beans etc… all from Freezer to the Microwave! Come on🙄

  15. They actually change the menu,
And dont feed y'all from the same trough of apples for 2 years

  16. The French Paradox is the eating of the miraculous properties of RAW dairy and cheeses! It’s the Raw cheeses, butter, and dairy! Pasteurization kills the miraculous properties of dairy and raw milk! The French Paradox is eating RAW dairy and cheeses from PASTURE grazed animals!
