Crust
150 g cottage cheese
70 g butter
1 egg yolk (yolk in the dough, protein for greasing the sides of the galette)
1 tablespoon of sugar
a pinch of salt
1/2 tsp of baking powder
150 g of flour
Stuffing on pie:
400g apricots
1-2 tablespoons of powdered sugar + 1 teaspoon of corn starch
nuts as desired
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180°C.
