Marco Pierre White – ‘The Great White’- is flying the flag for Great British food. He wants to re-introduce us to all that is great about British food, everything from gulls’ eggs to fish and chips. And he wants to reconnect us with our natural environment. He’ll search out the very best ingredients and meet the unsung heroes of British cuisine. He will also convert the ‘TV dinner’ brigade to the wonders of fresh British food.
