Hi friends! Today I am making a very special recipe that I have been wanting to try. I am a big fan of crispy potato chips and mushrooms and I thought it would be interesting to combine them in this recipe. So first, I prepared all the ingredients and after slicing the potatoes, I cooked them with cheese in the baking tray until they were crispy and almost cooked. I then put the mushroom, meat and sauce filling on top and rolled everything in the crunchy and cheesy layer of potatoes. I have to say this recipe is a must try because even though the ingredients taste great on their own, they make a really nice combination when prepared this way.
