So, Continuing my series on using the Four Sixes Ranch Beef, Here is a burger I created that I know a hard working Cowboy on the ranch would love! We took some of their Ground Prime Rib 80/20, seasoned it with my Black Garlic and Coffee Seasoning, and grilled it over a hot charcoal fire! added some bacon, grilled onions, fried jalapeños, and topped it off with my Black Stallion Sauce!
