I am pleased to feature Dufour Gourmet, ran and operated by Aurelien Dufour. Dufour Gourmet runs out of Queens, New York but Aurelien himself hails from the Bordeaux area of France. Working and learning under the best Charcutiers he could find in France his passion and skill set rose him to the top. Inevitably he got linked up with non-other than Chef Daniel Boulud in New York city to help make the finest charcuterie for all of Boulud’s restaurants. After a few years of working with Boulud, Aurelien decided to open his own USDA approved processing facility “Dufour Gourmet”. He can now present all his “mostly French” meaty creations to the American population. Aurelien has been featured in countless American and French articles and has been recognized by many awards and accolades! (Zagat 30 under 30, Rising Star Artisan 2013)
