Tasty Treats: Fast and Easy Clafoutis Recipe (Cherry Edition)

Ingredients, for 6 servings:
– 3 cups pitted cherries
– 1/2 cup white sugar
– 3 eggs
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 1/4 cups whole milk
– Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 6 mini cocottes. Distribute cherries among the ramekins and sprinkle with half the sugar.
2. Beat the eggs. Add flour, and remaining sugar and beat well. Add milk and beat until well combined.
3. Pour the batter into the mini cocotte and bake for about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
