Saffron Milk Caps, known as Rovellon in Spain are among the most popular culinary food item in Spain. The taste and texture is fantastic. I collected, cleaned and finely diced Saffron Milk Caps fried with olive oil and added garlic paste and French Onion Dip. The dish tasted great on a piece of toast. I have frozen a couples of containers of the mushroom dish for later you because I really like this beautiful gourmet dish. Thank to the pine trees that support the growth of Saffron Milk Caps.
Caution: Be aware that some mushrooms are poisonous so only eat mushrooms collected in the wild if you are absolutely certain that they are the edible type!
