Pesto Sauce With Exotic Vegetables and Herbs Rice
Ingredients:
Corn: 3-4 tsp
Broccoli: 1 bowl
Carrot: ½ bowl
French Beans: 3-4 tsp (chopped)
Onion: 2-3 tsp (chopped)
Bell Pepper: 1 bowl
Baby Corn: 3-4 tsp
Paneer: 100 gm
Maida: 2 tsp
Milk: 350 ml
Garlic: 1 tsp (chopped)
Black Pepper Powder: 1 tsp
Pizza Seasoning: 1 tsp
Chilli flakes:1 tsp
Sugar: ½ tsp
Cheese: 2 cubes (grated)
Ghee: 2 tsp
Butter: 2 tsp
Salt: as per taste
Basil Leaves: 20-25
Cashew: 8-10
Garlic Cloves: 3-4
Green Chilli: 1
Boiled Rice : 1 bowl
Method:
1. In a boiling hot water add broccoli, corn, carrot french beans and baby corn. Cook it for 3-4 minutes. Now transfer the vegetables in the cold water. Then transfer it in the juice strainer.
2. In the pan add butter once it heated add chopped garlic ginger and saute it for 30 second. Now add onion and saute it for a minute. Then add bell pepper and Cook it for 2 minutes. Then add blanch vegetable and mix it well. Now add pizza seasoning, chilli flakes, black pepper and salt. Mix them well. Cook for a minutes. In the last add paneer and mix it well. Then transfer the vegetabels in the bowl.
3. In heated pan add ghee, maida and roast it for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Then add milk and stir it continuously. Prepare lumps free mixture. Grate the cheese in it, mix it well. Cook it for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Add Pesto Sauce. Mix it well. Your creamy Pesto sauce is ready.
4. After that add the vegetables in the pesto sauce. Mix it well. Cook it for a minute. Here your exotic veggies in pesto sauce is ready.
5. To prepare mix herbs rice, in a pan add butter and ghee. Once it heated add chopped garlic and saute it for a minute. Then add chopped onion, carrot, and bell pepper. Saute them for a minute. Then add bioled rice and mix it lightly. Now add pizza seasoning, chilli flakes, black pepper, salt and basil leaves and mix it well. Here your mix herbs rice is ready.
How to make pesto sauce:
1. In the mixture jar add basil leaves, cashew, garlic cloves, green chilli, black pepper powder, salt and extra virgin olive oil. Grind it. Here your pesto sauce is ready.
