Today’s video is my weekly Trader Joe’s grocery shopping haul for January 2023. Trader Joe’s has their winter seasonal items in and all the valentines day items are rolling in. I purchased the brand new flakes & strawberries cereal, hot cocoa cream cheese spread, ricotta cuoricini ravioli, ketchup flavored seasoning blend, pizza sprinkle seasoning blend, tomato & red onion focaccia and the Chilean hake fillets plus our favorite must have items. I also share all the prices on the food. Follow along as each week I grab all the new seasonal items and share with you what to buy at Trader Joe’s. We are a family of 4 and have some food allergies. I share with you all the nutrition facts on the new items each week. We purchase a lot of healthy gluten free, dairy free & vegan foods. I Hope you guys enjoy.
