Ingredients:

Potatoes: 3 medium size ( boiled)
French Beans: ½ bowl (chopped)
Carrot: 1 bowl (grated)
Cabbage: 1 bowl (chopped)
Capsicum: ½ bowl (chopped)
Onion: 1 (chopped)
Corn: ½ bowl (boiled)
Garam Masala: ½ tsp
Chilli Powder: ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder: ¼ tsp
Coriander Powder: ¼ tsp
Soya Sauce: 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup: 3 tsp
Green Chilli Sauce: 1 tsp
Ginger: 1 tsp (grated)
Green Chilli: 1 tsp (chopped)

Method:
1. In a pan add oil. Once it heated add green chilli and grated ginger. Then add chopped onion and saute it for a minute. After that add french beans, carrot, cabbage, capsicum. Cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame. Then add boiled corn and potatoes and mix it. Now add salt, garam masala, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, green chilli sauce. Mix them well. Cook for a minute. Here your sandwich stuffing is ready.
2. On sandwich bread frist apply butter then spread green chutney and mayonnaise. After that add sandwich stuffing.
3. Grate some cheese on top of that. Cover the sandwich with another bread and apply some butter over the bread.
4. After that place the sandwich in the toaster and toast the sandwich 3-4 minutes until it becomes crispy. Here your JK Gourmet Special Sandwich is ready to serve.
