The Pandoro classico is a Veronese Christmas cake that is said to be inspired by the French brioche. This one contains a gourmet heart of amarena, a small brown cherry produced in the regions of Bologna and Modena in Italy.

Borsani: a name, a city, a passion

This prestigious brand was born in Verona, Italy, in the famous city of Romeo and Juliet, by the master pastry chef Tiziano Golfetti. The name is inspired by the medieval Borsari Gate, under which goods in transit passed. From the expert hands of the first Borsari artisan workshop came many sweet specialities such as the typical Pandoro, but also the panettone and the Dove with its delicious fillings.

Borsari stands for the promise of Italian know-how and the assurance of a craftsmanship that chooses only quality raw materials and an innovative choice of ingredients, all in keeping with the tradition of old-fashioned pastry making.
