This was originally made by my wife @itslivb, and I have to say she nailed it! Made in under 20 minutes in the air fryer; this loaded French fry recipe is the ultimate vegan comfort food!

Soak 1 cup of soy curls in vegan chicken flavoured broth to rehydrate, then fry with red onion until browned. Add some garlic sauce & sweet Thai chilli and toss to coat.
For the bang bang sauce, combine 1/3 cup vegan mayo, 3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce and 1 tbsp hot sauce.
I used plain frozen fries from Costco in the air fryer, but use your fav brand or make your own!
