French gimlets are delightful, elegant, and most importantly, easy cocktails to make for a crowd. They’re a lovely addition to any dinner party menu at almost any time of the year (although I tend to think that they’re best in spring or summer). With just three ingredients (gin, St. Germain, and lime juice), they’re refreshing, and can be mixed beforehand!
