Ingredients:
– 3-4 Tortilla
For Tortilla-
-1/2 Cup Maida
-1/2 Cup Maize Flour
-Salt
-1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
-1/4 Tsp Chilli Flakes
-1/4 Tsp Oregano
-100 gms French Fries
For Rajma Spread-
-1 Cup Boiled Rajma
-1 Tbsp Cheese Spread
-1 Tbsp Oil
-1 Tsp Garlic
-1 Tsp Paprika Powder
-1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
-1/2 Tsp Jeera Powder
-Salt as required
-Water as required
Method-
-Take a pan, add oil to it and saute some garlic
-Now add Rajma & other ingredients and cook it for 5-7 minutes
-After it cools down, grind it in mixer jar and your spread is ready.
For Salsa-
-2-3 Tomatoes
-1 Green Chilli
-1/2 Capsicum
-1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
-1/2 Tsp Vinegar
-Salt as required
-1/4 Tsp Sugar
-1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
-1 Tsp Olive Oil
Method-
-In a bowl, mix all the ingredients of salsa. Your salsa is ready.
For Assembling-
-Take a Tortilla, spread butter on it
-Apply Rajma Spread on it
-Arrange French Fries on it
-Put some salsa on it
-Prepare rolls as shown and roast it as shown and serve hot.
