Beer battered fish and chips, this is something I’ll order any time I can at a restaurant, but never as take out because you lose the magic of a perfectly fried fish when it has to travel from the restaurant to your home.
This recipe does take a little time, so it’s not ideal for a quick weeknight dinner, but it’s definitely worth it. I had a three day weekend so I thought this would be the perfect time to make a dish I was really craving.
Flaky cod coated in a rich beer batter, fried to perfection and served with homemade chips sprinkled with a nice malt vinegar and a refreshing beverage.
This fish and chips is exactly what my stomach was craving and I really hope you all try to make this for your family and friends.
