It’s so super quick and easy to make that I just love making a big batch making it easy to add to things like burgers and sandwiches all week long! It’s great as a dipping sauce for anything fried – calamari, battered fish, popcorn shrimp, French fries, onion rings… In fact, I don’t think I can think of anything Tzatziki Sauce doesn’t go good with. HOW TO DO IT:
4 Cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 Cucumber, grated (water squeezed out)
2 tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped
1/2 Lemon, juiced
1 cup Plan Greek Yogurt, full fat
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Squeeze of good quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil
