Came up with this idea on the way home from work the other day. Makes for a quick, easy, and delicious dinner…and the sauerkraut is good for you!

Ingredients:
Sausages cut into 4 inch pieces
Good quality jar of sauerkraut
Eggroll wrappers

Directions:
1. Lay out egg roll wrapper in diamond shape.
2. Place a forkfull of sauerkraut down in the center. Lay a 4 inch piece of sausage on top and cover with another forkfull of sauerkraut.
3. Fold over bottom end 3/4 of the way up, fold in the side corners, and roll tightly.
4. Preheat air fryer to 290F (about 190C).
5. Put eggrolls down in a single layer and cook for 6 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 6 minutes.
6. Serve with mustard and some french fries for an authentic German experience!
