Welcome to the DansTonFrigo-ENG channel, today we are going to make a Hazelnut Log Cake (or Bûche Noisette, as per our French channel) and for that we are going to need:

-Hazelnut Sponge:
Butter 26g
Hazelnut Spread 30g
Egg Whites 57g
Sugar 55g
Egg Yolks 40g
Potato or Corn Starch 4g
Cake Flour 4g
-Bake in a pre-heated oven at 170°C for 12-15 minutes

-Ganache:
Cream 250g
Chocolate 375g

-Hazelnut Piping Ganache:
Cream 100g
Milk 120g
Milk Chocolate 56g
Hazelnut Spread 33g
Cream 100g
Gelatine Leaf 1ea
