-Sweet Pastry Dough:

Icing Sugar 80g.

-Bake in a pre-heated oven at 170°C for 12-15 minutes.
-Lemon Curd:
Lemon Juice 140g.
Sugar 25g.
Eggs 120g.
White Chocolate 90g.
-French Meringue:
Egg White 100g.
Caster Sugar 100g.
Icing Sugar 100g.
