This is not a regular hot chocolate recipe! This Hot Chocolate is smooth, luxurious and vegan-friendly!
The taste and consistency is quite similar to French Chocolat Chaud, which I absolutely loved in Christmas Markets across Europe.
Do not forget the pinch of sea salt in this recipe. I used Maldon Sea Salt flakes, that really brings out the flavour of the chocolate and, lastly, if you do not like the flavour of cinnamon, you could use fresh vanilla pods instead.

» INGREDIENTS:
‣ 500ml Milk (Dairy or Plant Based)
‣ 2 Cinnamon sticks
‣ 1 tablespoon Organic Cocoa Powder
‣ 1 teaspoon Cornflour
‣ 3 teaspoons of Sugar
‣ A pinch of Sea Salt Flakes
‣ 100g good quality Dark Chocolate (55% – 70%) , chopped
