Vegetable Oil (For Frying)

Peel potatoes and cut off edges to create a rectangular shape. Cut into two cubes. Using chopsticks on either side of the potato, create small slices vertically and horizontally. Place briefly in a bowl of salted water before draining, drying, and coating with flour. Fry upside down in oil until crispy. Enjoy!
