Hi everyone. We are currently in lockdown here in my home city in Canberra, Australia. Our restaurant, Table by Canberra Gourmet and our Chef’s Table is put on hold. To continue serving our community and to help our small business, we have transformed our restaurant into a takeaway shop, serving Filipino – inspired barbecue. Grilled Chicken Inasal is one of our menu offering, alongside Yellowfin Tuna Kilawin, and the Boodle Fight Platter. I have created this video to help my community in lockdown to be able to practice some cooking skills and share my knowledge from both my life and professional experiences in the kitchen.
