French Fry Crust – 1:19

Step 1: French Fry Crumb Crust
Ingredients
* ½ cup chopped Wendy’s French Fry
* 1 ¼ cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
* ¼ cup Sugar
* 5 tbsp Melted butter
1) Chop up the fries into small pieces
2) Mix the fries with graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter
3) Press mixture down into the bottom of a springform pan and pre bake for 8 minutes at 350

* Knife
* Cutting board
* Mixing bowl
* Silicone spatula
* Springform pan
Step 2: Frosty Filling
Ingredients
* 1 Large reduced Wendy’s Frosty
* 1 cup Sugar
* 4 8oz blocks Cream cheese
* ½ cup Mascarpone cheese
* ¼ cup Melted Chocolate
* 3 Eggs
* 1 tsp Vanilla extract
1) Reduce Wendy’s Frosty down until thick and syrupy
2) Beat sugar, cream cheese, and mascarpone in a stand mixer with paddle attachment until smooth and creamy
3) Add reduced wendy’s frosty, vanilla, and melted chocolate and mix until fully combined
4) Stream and beat eggs in one at a time, being careful not to overmix your batter
5) Add filling to springform pan on top of crust and bake in a water bath for 70 minutes at 350F

* Small saucepan
* Stand mixer with paddle attachment
* Springform pan with crumb crust
* Deep baking pan
* Aluminum foil
* Boiling water for water bath
Step 3: Vanilla Frosty Whipped Cream
Ingredients
* 1 medium Wendy’s vanilla frosty
* 2 cups heavy cream
* ¼ cup sugar
* 1 tsp Vanilla extract
1) Reduce Vanilla Frosty until thick and syrupy. Let cool.
2) Whip heavy cream, sugar and vanilla
3) Fold in cooled frosty syrup into whipped cream
4) Dollop on top of your cheesecake as desired
