In this video I am smoking an 8lb pork shoulder and making some delicious barbeque sandwiches! Cold slaw, smoked sausage, smoked pork, & brioche buns. 3rd time is always a charm, this one came out great in my opinion.

All in all it took 7-8 hours to finalize and be super tender. I wrapped it in foil after 4 hours or when bark settles. I added the famous Killer Hogs BBQ Rub.
