Join us as we make Honey Madeleines. A delicacy originating from the Lorraine region in northeastern France, Madeleines are single portion, essentially similar to sponge cake but lighter, and with a very unique shell shape from being baked in a traditional moulded pan.

Add some edible lavender in the batter, and you have an ever so delightful and light, French afternoon tea to showoff to your friends. Plus – they’re super easy to make.
