Made pull apart garlic bread after I baked my country bread.
It turn to be great so I share to you.
Good for finger food, party food, snack for kids,…etc
I recommend making with french bread like my country bread , sourdough bread, baguette…

===== Ingredients =====
Garlic butter
-Butter 70-100 g
-Salt 1/4 tsp
-Garlic, Italian parsley(minced)
===== Recipe =====
Mince garlic & parsley, let melt butter using microwave or sauce pan or room temperature.Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Cut country bread on a diagonal, cut only 2/3-3/4 way though.Do not cut all the way.
Open the each crack & put butter mixture.
Wrap with foil & bake.
Preheat oven for 180°C or 356°F.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes with foil
Another 5-10 minutes without foil until cheese melt
