Step 1: Make Batter
Ingredients
* 1 cup lukewarm water
* 2 teaspoons instant yeast
* ½ teaspoon salt
* 2 tablespoons brown sugar
* 1 ¾ cup flour
* 1 bag crinkle cut french fries from the STORE!
1) Add yeast to water. Mix until foamy. Add to bowl
2) Combine all other ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk.
3) Refrigerate.
4) Bake off your french fries according to the directions on the bag.
5) Cut into little pieces and bake until crisp.

* Large mixing bowl
* Whisk
* Sheet Pan with silpat
* Cutting board
* Knife
Step 2: Make Skewers
Ingredients
* 1 package of hot dogs
* 1 block of mozzarella cheese
* 1 packet of bacon
* Lots of chopsticks
1) Skewer the hot dogs, mozzarella cheese, and any variation of that you would like.
2) Take a hot dog and wrap it in bacon. Fry it until golden.
3) Chill it!

* Knife
* Cutting board
* Chopsticks
* Toothpicks
* Fryer
* Spider
Step 3: Assemble
* ¼ cup sugar
* 1 cup flour
* ¼ cup ketchup
* 1 teaspoon gochugaru
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* ½ teaspoon sesame oil
* 1 tablespoon gochujang
* Fryer with fresh oil
1) Pour the batter into a glass.
2) Flour the skewers.
3) Dip the sticks into the batter.
4) Coat in fries.
5) Fry until golden brown.
6) Sprinkle with sugar.
7) Serve with gochukechup.
